Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria:
We are happy to exchange a product for a different size, colour or variant if available, subject to stock. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss an exchange before sending anything back.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the product immediately before opening fully. Share these photos with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
