Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Kiria Leather website at kirialeather.in, browsing our products, or placing an order with us (via our website, WhatsApp or Instagram), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Kiria Leather is a leather goods business based at 90 Feet Road, Dharavi, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We sell handcrafted leather bags, wallets, accessories and related goods directly to customers. Products & Descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, please note:

• Natural leather may vary slightly in colour, grain texture and finish from product to product — this is a characteristic of genuine leather, not a defect
• Screen colours may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your device's display settings
• Product dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice

Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, Instagram DM or through our contact form. By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete
• You have the authority to use the payment method provided

We will confirm your order via WhatsApp or email before processing. Payment is required in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. We accept UPI, bank transfer and other payment modes discussed at the time of order.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated before confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural events or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
